Department Library

The Department of Cultural Anthropology Library contains a collection of books on anthropology and related fields.  Currently, the collection contains 5,000 Japanese language books, 13,000 Western language books, 350 Japanese language journals and 500 Western language journals.  Additionally, the library houses all undergraduate theses, Master's theses and dissertations produced by students of the Department of Cultural Anthropology.

Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, during New Year's holidays and holidays in August, the library is closed for 7 to 10 days.  Please note that the library may also close without prior notice for departmental activities and events.
